Introduction

NuEarth Corporation was established in 1995 as Eco-Air Company, Inc with the express purpose of developing proprietary purification technologies to fill a number of existing needs.  In 1997 the name of the Company was changed to Eco-Rx, Inc.  The Company produced high-intensity ultraviolet purification equipment with a patented replaceable cartridge until 2009 when it was combined with the US business operations of Anviron Corporation on July 28, 2009.

NuEarth Corporation is a company dedicated to bringing to market "Clean Solutions to Complex Problems" by offering a wide range of biodegradable, environmentally friendly products and technologies that will substitute for many of the hazardous chemicals commonly used all over the world.

The Company's environmentally friendly and biodegradable products and technologies encompass chemical substitutes to the hazardous chemicals commonly used in various industry applications.  The Company's objective is to expand their advantages in "Clean & Green" technology by focusing on high-growth markets and delivering comprehensive solutions within those markets.
